Job description

Responsibilities: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a member of the Medical Services team. The LPN administers IM injections as per clinician’s orders, assist with med triage and completing prescription refills as needed per med orders, and reviews labs and completes scripts for the Patient Assistance Program. The LPN also works with a multi=disciplinary team to provide and coordinate optimal services for the center’s clients.

Job Requirements: This position requires 3 years of experience. This position also requires a LPN with a current Kansas nursing license. Experience in working with persons with mental illness preferred. Strong verbal and written skills required. Knowledge of community resources. Strong documentation skills required. Valid Kansas drivers license, access to reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. Must be at least 18 years of age or older and be able to pass pre-employment background checks and SRS adult/child abuse registries. This position requires basic computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.43 - $31.11 per hour
