POSITION OPENING

• Licensed Psychologist, Mental Health Counselor, Outpatient Therapist or actively pursuing licensure
• Full time.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Qualified candidates must be licensed as a psychologist, marriage & family therapist (LMFT), LCSW, LPC, or similar (will hire in process of licensure for the right candidate)
• Outpatient counseling, including: individual, group, couples, marital, premarital and family therapy.
• Provide clinical consultation to parents, extended family and other adult caregivers as needed.
• Provide substance abuse evaluations (preferred but not required).
• Provide direct clinical service delivery consistent with best practice standards.
• Conduct formal clinical assessments of newly admitted clients.
• Development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Limited evening hours. (1-2 evenings a week)
• Autonomous functioning in maintaining own caseload, scheduling, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education:

• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology or related field OR Masters degree in a clinical discipline (i.e., clinical or counseling psychology, clinical social work, counseling or marriage & family therapy) with several years clinical experience.

Licensure Requirements:

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist, or similar in state of PA.
• Currently credentialed with private insurances a plus

Clinical Experience with various groups listed below (not all are required):

• Outpatient therapy experience with teens, young adults, adults
• Couples, Marital Therapy
• Family Therapy
• Experience with children not required, but a huge plus!

West Shore Wellness LLC, is an established outpatient mental health group practice that has been providing services to residents of Central Pennsylvania for over 6 years. WSW is a solo office practice location in the heart of Camp Hill, PA.

We are a busy, growing practice, specializing in mental health counseling, drug and alcohol counseling, marital and family therapy as well as children's and adolescent treatment. Our primary referral base includes family practices, medicated assisted treatment providers, and former clients.

Candidates must be licensed, with strong references. Background in child/adolescent and/or family therapy a strong plus.

• Clinical Master's Degree Required
• Doctorate a huge plus!
