We are a 200-bed, VA contracted facility with both private and semi-private rooms. Ridgecrest Post Acute has a 5 Star CMS Rating and a 5 Star Staffing CMS Rating!

We have the following units: Rehab, Long Term Care, 4 Specialized Secured Behavioral Health Units including High Acuity, Dementia and SMI specified units.

Working in our facility will build your skill set as an awesome nurse!

SHIFTS:

AM (6:00AM-2:00PM)

PM (2:00PM-10:00PM)

NOC (10:00PM-6:00AM)

CNA Job Duties:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and activities
• Document care provided
• Take vital signs, record, and help with care plan nurses set out.
• Ensure resident needs and desires are met quickly and appropriately
• Interact and support other staff within the facility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
