The Nest is a private practice mental health clinic in Stillwater, MN, serving the St. Croix River Valley Twin Cities east metro. We provide services for a broad range of mental health concerns and aim to tailor our work to each client's needs.

Our work environment includes:

• Provider and client parking
• Work-from-home days as needed
• Flexibility in hourly/daily structure
• Generous fee splits

We are currently hiring independent contractors and are looking for licensed mental health providers to join our group. Our providers enjoy autonomy of private practice, supportive and collaborative colleagues, generous fee splits, and flexibility for balanced work/home life. The Nest has contracts with most insurance companies and offers cash services as well. Applicants who work well independently, are effective at managing their own hours/schedule, enjoy collaborating with colleagues, and are committed to mental health care in our community are a good fit for our group. The Nest also has a special interest and dedication to perinatal mental health. Those with interest and or experience are strongly encouraged to apply!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
