Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree. Three years of experience in the digital media field creating videos, music, or other forms of media. Additional experience in the digital media field creating videos, music, or other forms of media may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis. Knowledge of teen-related literature, film, music and video games and excellent communication skills are preferred.

This position will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations of the Library Department’s makerspaces branded as YOUmedia and YOUmake. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for managing day- to-day operations for the makerspace locations including the direction of programming in each location, the maintenance of the integral technologies used in the spaces, and coordinating outreach to the local community. The operating hours for these spaces are Monday through Thursday (11AM-8PM) and Friday through Saturday (9AM-6PM). At times, the incumbent in this position will be required to work evenings and/or weekends.
