Seeking Full-time Legal Receptionist / Legal Assistant in Munroe Falls Law office. Duties include answering multi-line phones, greeting guests and clients, maintain calendar and scheduling appointments, prepare outgoing correspondence, opening and closing files, track/maintain/purchase office supplies, maintain & arrange for repairs on office equipment, scanning and assisting attorney with multiple tasks.

Must have high level of accuracy and attention to detail; accurate 45-50 wpm; strong ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet demands; ability to handle moderately complex phone system; working proficiency of PCs with Windows platform and software including MS Office; general knowledge to maintain & troubleshoot office equipment; friendly & professional with a genuine ability to make people feel comfortable; excellent organizational abilities and communications skills; Must have 2-years prior experience with working in an office environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
