BK Management is ACTIVELY HIRING a Full-Time Leasing Specialist to cover Logansport and surrounding areas.

Job Duties:

• Show units to prospective tenants and process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants.
• Maintain a strong closing ratio and reach sales goals.
• Encourage prospective tenants to lease from us by positioning our properties in a favorable light and offering the best possible customer service.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Complete all required paperwork and administrative duties.
• Develop relationships with property owners to secure additional properties to manage.
• Cold calling and lead generating.
• Ability to give a presentation.
• Travel between various offices acting as a Leasing Specialist.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to work a schedule that fits prospective tenants schedule (evening and weekend appointments).
• Ability to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
