My client is looking for an Leasing Coordinator for a residential property located in Fort Lauderdale. The right candidate will have previous experience working within residential leasing industry. This position offers a base plus commission.

• This is a full time opportunity that they are hoping to bring someone on, on a temp to perm basis. Ideally because they want someone as soon as possible.
• The right candidate will work closely will have previous experience with leasing and maintaining occupancy
• Required
• High School Diploma

Previous property management experience
Strong communication skills in English, Spanish is not required
Strong organizational skills
Day to day use of Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook and Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
