Essential duties:

• Schedule and perform showings of rental properties to prospective tenants
• Responsible for prospective tenant relations as well as new leads
• Communicate with property owners, tenants and teammates
• Prepare / list new properties for rent
• Process rental applications
• Coordination of lease signing with prospective tenants
• Answer phone inquiries
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of customer service/sales experience
• Experience answering phones and use of computers in an office setting
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook
• Knowledge of property management software a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a smart phone
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) / bi-lingual a plus

This position is based in an open office setting, while primarily working in the field conducting showings to prospective tenants. Hours are primarily 8:30AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.

Starting salary $18/per hour, with leasing bonuses after completing training period, and use of company car. We provide 80 hours (accrued) of PTO, retirement plan with 3% matching, health insurance with company contribution toward monthly premiums.
