• Design, develop and deliver high-profile, high-impact learning programs delivered in multiple modes – instructor-led and virtual workshops, train-the-trainer, self-paced online courses and videos, and technical lab exercises
• Lead complex L&D projects, provide project oversight and status through tracking milestones, adhering to a project schedule, and tracking deliverables
• Consult with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to gather training requirements and drive curriculum development/evolution
• Collaborate with global L&D team to design and deliver courses appropriate for global scale
• Design Kirkpatrick level assessments, aligning to program objectives. Ensure reporting and analytics prove impact and value to the business
• Design, implement, and maintain the Smartsheet project management platform. Design Smartsheet solutions to automate common learning processes. Design and share project management status, dashboards, and metrics
• Lead the global project management team, analyzing incoming projects based on impact to the business, determining prioritization, and assisting with resource management
• Understand and define learner personas, map competencies, and design instruction that resonates with the audience
• Leverage Learning Management System to package, deploy, and track training programs
• Design KPI/performance dashboards that measure program impact against pre-defined success metrics
• Drive innovation in learning development and delivery by providing team development opportunities and special project assignments

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related field OR equivalent experience
• 7+ years’ experience designing and delivering instruction in data center or technical topics required
• Project management and instructional design certifications preferred
• 7+ years progressive professional experience developing and delivering high impact technical training programs, preferred focus on data center technologies
• 7+ years' proven project management skills including planning work, prioritizing, and managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results with tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities including collaborating with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and leaders to transfer knowledge
• Experienced facilitator and coach with expert skills in virtual and online delivery methods, including media and video
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, paired with sound business judgment
• Familiarity with an agile development process and past successful partnership with tech teams
• Excellent data analysis capability
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented, and global work environment
• Passion and interest in developing people
