Kiddie Academy of Bloomingdale has an exciting opportunity with our new state of the art preschool. We are seeking an energetic, organized and inspiring individuals to join us as our lead two year teacher. This classroom has 11 children and a strong assistant teacher. We are looking for an experienced lead teacher to work with the assistant teacher.

Responsibilities of these positions include but are not limited to:
- Developing strong relationships with our families.
- Complying with state childcare licensing regulations.
- Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education.
Qualifications:
- Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
- Highly professional and dependable.
- Must be able to interact appropriately with students of all ages and skill levels as well as with parents, coworkers, and management. Patience, flexibility and love for children are required.
- Must be able to lift no less than 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday to at least waist high. Previous experience in a start-up child care will be a plus!
