· Delegates tasks and supervises daily activities by giving training and direction to ensure deliverables are met in a safe and secure environment.

· Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables as outlined by the manager.

· Assist in planning and implementation of assigned tasks.

· Direct and participate with physical movement of materials.

· Assist with inventory counts as directed.

· Delegate and perform housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment.

· Train and supervise employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped.

· Supervise talent on proper procedures and project specific duties to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

· 2+ years of lead/supervisor experience warehouse, logistic or similar.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Handyman experience preferred.

· Forklift Certified preferred.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.

· Ability to safely climb ladders when necessary

· Wear personal protective gear correctly when necessary.

· Stand and walk throughout the facility for extended periods without loss or reduction of productivity.

· Ability to work overtime/weekends as necessary.

· Bi-lingual- English/Spanish a plus

Job Site Location/City: Secaucus, NJ

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday 7pm-3pm

Starting pay rate: $23/hr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
