Team Lead – Intranet Portals and Marketing Website• Role is to provide lead a small team working with cross functional teams across Technology and the business• Manage, track and deliver in-coming demand of small changes and enhancements, certificate updates• Management of technical debt across Intranet Portals, partnering with Tech Leads/Project Managers to deliver Obsolescence projects upgrading Portals• Management of technical resources supporting santanderbank.com Marketing website and associated Vendor Management for the Liferay Content Management application• Accountable for tracking and delivering changes to support security compliance across the Portals• Partner with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into Technical specifications.• Organized, disciplined, ability to track and independently follow up actions, risks and issues• Co-ordinate with development teams to track development• Able to provide precise, concise reporting, ability to articulate in Steering Committees, project meetings, to auditors• Co-ordinate testing, follow up on incident remediation• Support implementation planning• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
