Five Elements Medical Spa & Wellness Center is a privately owned company looking to hire qualified and licensed individuals to join the team!

We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and driven Lead Nurse Practitioner to lead our team in providing exceptional medical spa services to our clients. In this role, you will supervise other nurse practitioners, RNs, and aesthetic providers and be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Med Spa. You will be in charge of creating a safe and welcoming environment where our clients feel comfortable and confident in receiving medical spa services.

The Lead NP will provide exceptional client care and perform a variety of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments.

Reports to: Medical Director

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

• Perform aesthetic and cosmetic treatments, including but not limited to, Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.
• Conduct client consultations and provide education on treatment options, benefits, and risks of procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare providers to ensure the highest level of client care.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Participate in office and team meetings
• Supervise all other NPs, RNs, and aesthetic providers.
• Follow all relevant state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines related to Medical Spa services and procedures.
• Participate in continuing education and training, to stay up-to-date on the latest tresnds an d advancements in medical spa services.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to grow the business and increase client base
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPPA regulations
• Manage the daily operations of the Medical Spa, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management

Qualifications:

· Active Florida state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner

· Certification in aesthetics and cosmetic treatments

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics or a related field

· Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· Proven track record of leadership and management skills

Physical requirements:

· Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

· Must be able to perform treatments that require fine motor skills and dexterity
