The Lead Line Cook assists the Exec Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure a smooth operation of the kitchen by making sure that food is of the utmost quality, the kitchen is clean, organized, and ensures cooks have everything they need to complete their tasks efficiently and be willing to learn with an open mind.
