Five Elements Medical Spa & Wellness Center is a privately owned company looking to hire skilled and licensed professionals to join the team! We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Lead Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The Lead LMT will oversee all aspects of massage therapy services. The company shall use the Lead LMT as the license holder for the business to ensure compliance.

Reports to: Spa Manager and Administration

Duties & responsibilities: -

• Manage daily operations of the massage therapy department, including scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations of the massage therapists as needed
• Provide leadership and direction to staff, including training on new modalities, client communication, and customer service practices.
• Ensure a high level of customer service, including addressing client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement new massage protocols and therapeutic treatments to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to provide updates and guidance on departmental activities.
• Provide quality massage services to clients and maintain all applicable licensing requirements and professional standards.
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations, facilitate inter-departmental communication, and recommend changes or improvements to policies and procedures as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Massage Therapist with at least 2 years of experience
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to develop and implement new protocols and treatments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
