Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Springboro is looking for individuals who love children and have experience and/or education in an early childhood education setting. Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Springboro is accredited by AdvancED, the world’s largest education community, and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS/CASI). This accreditation ensures that we are meeting and exceeding the high accreditation standards and providing excellence in education beyond most local daycare or childcare providers.

Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Follow state and Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Springboro's detailed health and safety procedures.
• Facilitate classroom activities.
• Encourage and assist in positive social interactions.
• Maintain regular communication with parents.
• Contribute to the effective operation of the overall early care and education.
• Assistant Teachers will assist the Lead Teacher and staff in planning, preparing, and implementing programs. Will also supervise the classroom when the teacher is out of the room.

• Must be willing to work between the hours of 6:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.50 per hour
