We are currently looking for an experienced Lawn Care Technician to service our growing list of satisfied clients in the Pittsburgh northern suburbs. There is a GREAT opportunity for growth for the right person. We would love to find someone we could train into a Lead Technician and/or Operations Manager in the future!

As a Lawn Care Technician with NaturaLawn of America, you will be responsible for the upkeep of customer's lawns through the scheduled application of our exclusive, natural organic-based materials and the limited use of herbicides and pesticides. Aspects of the position include physical labor, customer service, consultative sales, and requires excellent time management skills.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hrs a day or work four 10 hr days. That's right -- WE RARELY WORK WEEKENDS! -- unless we get behind or you need to make up time. We want our specialists to be able to relax with friends and family after work and on the weekends. Employees should enjoy coming to work everyday and not be mistreated or overworked like they are at other lawn care companies.o If there is ever a need for overtime, you actually get paid time and a half for every hour after 40.

We are currently looking for a person who will need minimal initial training and is already licensed for the use of pesticides - Turfco T3100, PErmagreen or Z-Spray experience a plus.

Pay is based on experience, but if you're the right person we'll meet or beat what you are making now!

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, must be physically able to repeatedly lift 50 pound bags, and walk several miles a day. All candidates considered for hire will be required to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, and provide a current driving history.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
