Our company is in need of an experienced Lawn Crew Leader to help us run our lawn services. We're looking for someone who is safety-conscious and caring, and has a lot of experience organizing the work of others. The Crew Leader will regularly need to direct the work of other individuals, so the individual must be a good communicator and work well with others. We're also looking for someone with experience in the lawn industry, who understands commercial lawn operations, and who can effectively troubleshoot any equipment issues.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of all workers in the area.
• Ensure that all workers are performing their jobs properly.
• Prepare, direct, supervise, and coordinate activities of workers at assigned post.
• Report accidents and dangerous conditions to supervisor.
• Perform inspections to ensure work is being done according to company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
