Job description
NaturaLawn of America, the Leader in Organic-Based lawn care, is seeking a highly motivated individual with good communication skills and a strong work ethic to perform lawn care services, including fertilization, weed control, aeration, etc. Applicant must be career-minded with a clean driving record. No prior Lawn Care Technician experience required.
Lawn Technician Duties:
- Treat lawns using the proper technique and professionalism.
- Drive the NaturaLawn of America truck safely and in accordance with NaturaLawn of America and state regulations.
- Know and be able to explain all the available lawn care services and sales points.
- Deal with the customers, their family and property with honesty and respect.
- Work with other staff as part of a team, sharing responsibilities.
