We are a fast paced sign, graphics, and vehicle wrap company looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to manage our production and installation team. Must be knowledgeable in Illustrator and Photoshop, and Flexi Sign and Cutting Master programs are a plus. Monday through Saturdays required. The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience in similar position and will be tested in these programs during interview process. Must also have great customer service skills and great attitude and be a team leader.

• Banner and printed sign finishing
• Large format lamination
• Weeding, masking, mounting of cut vinyl, trimming vinyl
• Operation of a large format printer, laminator, cutter and rip software
• Generally creative & handy
• Hard working and motivated
• Capable, versatile, and intelligent
• Pride in work, but always open to critique and learning
• Organized workspace
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Ability to recognize and match colors
• Reliable and punctual
• Can-do / Will-do attitude
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel locally for quarterly training

• Able to lift and move rolls of material and sheets of mounting substrate, 70+ pounds

• Flexible schedule, willingness to stay beyond normal work day to complete special projects

• Ability to manage time and prioritize workflow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
