This position exists to provide guest experience through proper horticultural practices.

Summary of Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete landscaping tasks such as watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, and pruning.
• Assist others with tasks pertaining to color impact and positive guest experiences through proper horticultural practices.

Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any time.

• Must have manual dexterity necessary to complete all job duties.

• Able to comprehend instructions and retain information.
• Able to maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules including any required overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to tolerate a fast-paced, hectic environment.
• Able to be flexible to handle frequent changes in priorities.
• Able to prioritize tasks and complete assignments on time.
• Able to tolerate temperatures of 0 to 140 degrees.
• Able to work outdoors.
• Able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, bend, twist, stoop, and crawl.
• Able to work comfortable at heights up to 90 feet.
• Able to reach high and low.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to tolerate exposure levels of various chemicals found in pesticides and fertilizers.
• Able to use hand and power tools such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, pruners, shovels, rakes, and rototillers.
• Able to perform various strenuous, physical work such as loading and unloading trucks, cleaning work areas, digging, spreading sand, soil and asphalt.
• Able to perform all functions in a safe manner.

• At least 6 months of work experience that demonstrates successful execution of similar duties and responsibilities.
• At least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills.
