Then joining our team as a Maintenance Foreman is the job for you! Our customers depend on our team to help them enjoy their properties instead of being stressed by them.

Your responsibilities could include…

· Lead a small crew of 1-2 and participate in all job functions including: Fertilizers and weed control, insect and pest control, plant/tree disease control.

· Mowing, mulching, pruning shrubs and small ornamental trees, aeration and seeding, flower/plant installation, weeding, and debris removal.

· Knowledgeable about chemical and safe material handling, tracking and routing compliance.

· Assuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards

· Assuring that our customers receive an exceptional Borst experience

· Training and mentoring the staff assigned to complete landscape projects at commercial and residential properties

· Communicate with client about work orders/job details

· Meet Time, Quality and Performance goals.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required
• 3+ years of prior lawncare experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Landscape experience is preferred.
• You Embrace and demonstrate a safety-first culture at all times
