Eco Landscape Foreman

Compensation & hourly expectations: Seasonal with potential for year-round - $25-35 per hour

PLAN it WILD is a landscape design business focused on re-wilding the 40 million acres of negative lawn space in the United States. We believe in sustainable maintenance and zero emission machines.

We are looking for a hard-working, responsible Landscape Foreman for 30+ new maintenance clients located in Westchester County. The overarching goal for the Manager is to ensure that Plan it Wild maintenance crews are well managed, including their schedules and budgets, and as well that client needs are addressed and that clients are listened to, valued, & satisfied.

Our ideal Landscape Foreman is willing to get dirty, drive trucks, and work machines, while being professional and responsive to clients both via email and in-person.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee Plan it Wild maintenance team and provide maintenance services (ie: mowing, weeding, etc).

· Manage budgets and punchlists including daily morning and after work meetings/debriefs.

· Develop daily, weekly, monthly, work plans and schedules for maintenance crews, in coordination with planning and design team. Develop routing maps and develop maintenance profiles for each client.

· Understand client maintenance requirements and figure out a plan that is customized for their yards and needs.

· Develop long-term relationships with clients and ideally make connections through them to other clients and/or additional landscaping work.

· The landscape foreman must be able to respond to any issues or concerns and coordinate any additional services required with the Plan it Wild maintenance team.

Professional Requirements:

· Experience in landscaping a must.

· Must be able to drive a truck, trailer, and landscaping machinery.

· Some management experience with good communication and writing skills.

· Independent but also a team worker.

· Good people skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
