Cross River Design is looking for an in-field site supervisor to join our team in creating one-of-a-kind outdoor living spaces throughout NJ and Pa. Ideal candidates should have experience working with a wide variety of materials on high-end residential properties, a love of the outdoors, and a passion for fine craftsmanship. From roof gardens to large estates, we have a wide variety of interesting projects we’re always involved in so things never get stale. If you have a solid work ethic, have good organizational skills, and enjoy working with a supportive group of people who love what they do, then we’d like to speak with you.

Summary of responsibilities:

-Hands-on, in-field supervisory position managing 2-4 laborers each day

-Experience with installing decorative concrete pavers and bluestone patios & walkways

-Experience in the proper planting methods with trees and shrubs

-Working with a variety of equipment including skid steers and excavators

-Train and assist field crew members where needed.

-Meet with, and communicate with clients regularly.

-Professionalism in all aspects of the business, in and out of the field.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 /year

• High end residential construction: 2 years (Preferred)
• Manging at least 2 staff members daily: 2 years (Required)
• Concrete paver installation: 2 years (Required)
• Skid steer & mini excavator: 2 years (Required)
