Qualifications:

· Ability to manage multiple construction projects at the same time

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Bilingual is a plus

· Strong communication skills is a must; both written and verbal

· Ability to effectively manage foremen and crews

· Able to meet physical requirements of the job

· Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and ability to learn new programs

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

· Bring creative and positive sales approach/network

· Must be a self-starter and motivated to accomplish goals

Job Duties Include:

• Position will report directory to the director of regional construction
• Must have the ability to speak to general contractors
• Responsible for conducting one on one’s, training, and equipment handling
• Daily oversight of field managers
• Working with team to develop schedules and production goals
• Active communication with clients and co-workers
• Client meetings
• Job site inspections
• Project estimating and sales
• Material sourcing and ordering
• Meeting goals within approved budget
• Prospect for new clients on a weekly basis (daily is possible)
• Must keep weekly sales log and implement follow-up procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Landscape Construction: 4 years (Preferred)
