Labor Finders is looking to immediately hiring a LABORER that is willing to travel with an area company that has a long term immediate need.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY - WEEKLY PAY - TEMP-TO-HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Position: Traveling Laborer (To join the salvage recovery team) Start Date: ASAP

Driver's License & reliable transportation is required.

Experience: Prior construction, demolition, general labor, digging, trenching, concrete, physical labor, or other similar experience is preferred.

Pay: $20.00/Hour Location: Based In Cedar Rapids - Work Sites Located In Various Areas

Length: Long-Term, Temp-To-Hire (Benefits available upon successful hire with customer - probationary period may apply)

Job Overview: Assist with unloading and loading, setup of equipment, operatation of equipment (i.e. end loaders, forklifts, jack hammers, welders & crawlers). Will perform physical labor lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the day and up to 100 lbs. occasionally. Will remove debris & damaged equipment, transfer and recover material, prepare site in various ways. The Salvage recovery team will also perform various other related duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Comfortable working inside and outside in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be able to work comfortably at various HEIGHTS and in CONFINED SPACES.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the day and up to 100 lbs. and be able to perform the other physical requirements of the job.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Pre-assignment drug screen.
• Ability to travel overnight.
• Other screening requirements may apply.
• E-Verify will be used for employment authorization purposes
