Job Summary
- Understand who our customers are and what our customers expect of us.
- Be the first to respond to any customer request or need.
- Support other members of the work team in meeting customer needs.
- Be accountable for the technical and behavioral competencies of the job.
- Under the supervision of a certified MLS/MLT/HT, will be responsible for specimen collection, receiving and processing specimens, preparing and planting specimens on media, packaging and shipping specimens for referral testing, and/or performing select testing. Performs duties of morgue tracking and management.
