Description:

· Manager and the team is working on the project where they're trying to migrate/integrate from Workforce Dimensions to Workforce Central and in the future they will be migrate/integrate from My Time to Workforce Dimensions.

· So, they need someone who has experience with both timesheet applications Workforce Dimensions and Workforce Central along with it's migration/integration as well as configuration.

· Both of these applications are created by companies such as Kronos and UKG.

· Candidate with the experience or certifications of Boomi, which is the Workforce Dimensions Integration tool, would be huge plus.

· If the resource has configuration experience, that is, if they've worked either in manufacturing or any similar environment then that would be a huge plus too.

· Onsite/hybrid/remote: Hybrid with 30% on-site and 70% remote; Candidate will be asked to come onsite at the Toyota office in Plano, TX at least once in a quarter or as and when the business requires them.

· Travel: Potentially but probably none; not a hard requirement for the Manager

· Overtime: Potential; as per the business needs

Interview process -

· 30 minutes of technical video interview with the Hiring Manager and other managers.

· 30 minutes of behavioral video interview with the Senior Manager from the team.

ABOUT THE PROJECT/SCOPE OF WORK

This position is with the CSS Project group which partners across CSS functions (People & Property Services, Central Business Services & Global Security) to provide project planning, management, system deployment /upgrade, RPA and Kronos Time Keeping system support services.

CSS Projects is responsible for ensuring we partner across the CSS Functions to meet business priorities and help deliver high quality business solutions.

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Workforce Dimensions/Workforce Central Configuration & Integration consultant. The primary responsibility for this role is to perform configuration, re-configurations, upgrades, enhancements, implementation, maintenance, and user acceptance testing activities within Dimensions and Workforce Central.

SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED

· Perform configuration, re-configurations, upgrades, enhancements, implementation, maintenance, and user acceptance testing activities within Workforce Central and Dimensions

· Perform integration development and maintenance activities for Payroll.

· Gather integration requirements for integrations with upstream and downstream systems.

· Manage downstream system scheduling (development, testing, deployment)

· Support test approach by conducting all required integration and system testing.

· Definition of test requirements, scenarios, cases, and scripts to support phased implementation.

· Develop and maintain diagram of all Integrations between T&L and Payroll and other applications.

· Develop and maintain detailed documentation on each integration

· Operational support on existing integrations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Requirements:

Required:

· Hands-on experience in configuration in Workforce Dimensions

· Experience in BOOMI Integration tool in Workforce Dimensions

· Experience in large corporations managing integrations for Payroll & T&L

· Payroll & HRIS systems experience including UKG/Workforce Central and Dimensions & Workday

· Project Management experience

· Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple customer groups and prioritizing activities

· Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.

Preferred:

• Manufacturing or automotive experience

• Experience on cross-functional project teams with a focus on end user requirements for system design and implementation.

• Self-starter and ability to work independently.

• Strong organizational skills by meeting deadlines and performing duties efficiently.

• Effective communication (written and oral).

• Ability to facilitate discussions between technical and business resources and overcome organizational resistance to change.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $65.08 - $70.42 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
