- planning and assessment of instruction and curriculum
- maintaining classroom management
- planning and delivering effective instruction

- communicating with students, parents, and other district employees to work on behalf of students

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
MA DESE Certification in Early Childhood PreK-2
Experience working in an PreK or Kindergarten setting preferred; experience working on a collaborative team in an effort to use data to identify needs and inform future planning
Strong instructional skills; ability to effectively engage all students; willingness to collaborate with peers; committed to providing a safe learning environment; ability to teach early foundational reading skills
Ability to use data to plan for, assess, and modify instruction
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
