Junior Litigation Associate - Insurance Defense

Opportunity for newly graduated attorney and/or litigation attorney admitted in NY with 1-3 years experience handling the defense of personal injury cases. Experience should include drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, drafting, and responding to motions, reviewing and analyzing medical records, and preparation for court appearances. Writing skills are key. Willing to train newly admitted attorneys or recent graduates. You’ll join a dynamic and growing firm with the full support of our attorneys and staff. We have offices in downtown Manhattan, Garden City, White Plains, and Hazlet (NJ). We offer a generous benefits package including 401(k) matching.
