- Work with the quantitative team to find statistical relationships and build predictive models with the data to be used in the development of new and existing factor models and indices
- Contribute to or improve existing models and strategies
- Translate complex quantitative factors into client-facing reports

Qualifications:
- Degree from a leading university in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Financial Engineering or any other highly analytical and quantitative field.
- Have a research scientist mind-set, i.e., be a deep thinker, creative, persevering, a self-starter, etc.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simplified manner as this role does involve working with our sales team and presenting to clients
- Heavy math/statistics background IS PREFERRED
- Familiarity with worldwide financial markets and pricing models is preferred
- Competence in a programming language (Preferably R or Python) a plus
