Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a JOPES Specialist to join our team supporting a program at Scott Air Force Base.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

• Provide support as HQ AMC’s validator in key areas of permissions, configuration management, monitoring, database management, and system security for JOPES, JOPES permissions (JPERMS), and DCAPES.
• Provide support in various roles on user accounts including Time-Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) permission updates, user unlocks, update permissions from “Read” to “Update” and provide Work Area Security Officer (WASO) request documents to users.

· Maintain master user account listing.

• Perform observation over newsgroup messages and provide updates to all AMC users as required.

· Create and delete JOPES and/or DCAPES accounts.

· Schedule and coordinate AMC attendees to the Advanced DCAPES course.

• Participate in meetings and briefings on the implementation of Joint Planning and Execution Services (JPES).
• Uses JOPES Rapid Query Tool (RQT) to pull data from multiple Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDDs).

Experience:

· Three (3) + years’ related experience.

· Knowledge of JOPES, DCAPES and account management processes.

· Knowledge of MS Office Tool Suite.

· Knowledge of requirements analysis, process improvement, scheduling and testing.

· Knowledge of the development, testing, implementation, integration and sustainment of Command and Control (C2) computer systems and applications.

· Ability to actively participate in the analysis and review of functional requirements of AMC common service areas, and the ability to provide expert knowledge of the user’s requirements.

Education:

• BA or BS degree highly desired.

Other Required Skills & Abilities:

• Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be skilled in the delivery of command-level presentations.

Security Clearance:

• Secret security clearance required.

US Citizenship: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
