The client partners with innovative businesses and more than 50 governments to monitor global change, deliver broadband communications and advance space operations with capabilities in Space Infrastructure and Earth Intelligence.

With more than 60 years of experience, the client design and manufacture satellites and spacecraft components for communications, Earth observation, exploration and on-orbit servicing and assembly. Since humans first began exploring our solar system, the client has been supporting commercial and government missions with Space Infrastructure capabilities.

Job Description:

Client has project that includes taking AFRL, Air Force Research Laboratory Code that is called Hallmark, written in object oriented Java and cleaning it and continuing it where necessary according to client specs.

Requirements and Skills.

• Work experience as a Senior Java Developer or similar role
• Experience designing, building and testing Java EE applications
• In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
• Good delegation and time management skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $100.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Chantilly, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Java Development: 5 years (Required)
• JavaScript: 1 year (Preferred)
