Nishida Services is now considering candidates for our Janitorial Supervisor role in the Taylorsville/Columbus/Edinburgh, IN area.
Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of the janitorial staff in a designated facility.
- Ensure the daily, weekly and monthly janitorial cleaning tasks are completed
- Report to the area manager with weekly feedback, product orders, and employee needs
- Training new employees and handling call-offs
- Creating monthly employee schedules (rotating weekdays, every other weekend)
Pay:
- $15.00/hr - $17.00/hr depending on availability and experience
Shifts:
- Schedule will vary depending on the weekly needs:
- 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm)
- 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) hours
- Rotating between shifts, weekdays and weekends
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or related field of work
- Criminal history check
- Ability to travel to and from worksites
