We are seeking a highly motivated IT Technician to join our team at Messick’s. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users with computer hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will troubleshoot problems, research solutions, and escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist with setting up new workstations and configuring software applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain equipment. Including networks, phone systems & security.
• Document support activities and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other IT members to escalate complex issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users on technology tools and systems.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and a team player
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt skills to Messick’s environment.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to climb ladders, use scissor lifts, and lift upwards of 50lbs
