- Case management system
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledge of using ServiceNow as ticketing and case management system (mandatory) and with good communication (written and verbal) skills.
Good organizational/coordination skill
Knowledge in using Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook
Ability to follow SOPs and document new ones in liaison with SMEs.

Salary: $32.32 - $46.88 per hour
