Citibank, N.A. seeks an IT Sr. Function Group Manager for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Define and manage overall cyber and information security programs for Citi’s Institutional Client Group (ICG). Lead global teams of cybersecurity professionals and other program subject matter experts. Accountable for cybersecurity programs implemented and oversee security domain areas for ICG. Collaborate with first, second and third line defense functions, and address regulation related inquiries. Perform applications, vendors and clouds security reviews and support system vulnerability assessments. Provide applications risk analysis and threat modeling. Recommend security enhancements, and define mitigating controls for core systems and applications. Lead measures of security efforts for Data Protection and Encryption, Identity & Access Management, Privileged User Access, Security Incident Response, and Third Party Information Security Assessment. Support Citi’s Secure Software Development Lifecycle collaborating with Information Security Risk Operating Committee (ISROC) to establish security standards and effective governance structure for compliance and accountability assurance. Define cyber security governance and control strategies for emerging technologies including cloud and containerization, block-chain and robotic procession automation. Conduct issue risk analysis, and engage stakeholders in cyber security and business management for resolution. Budget management. Engage in review and re-engineering of key controls and processes for efficient and effective risk management and risk reduction. Define and drive implementation of technology requirements for the application developer community to proactively integrate security requirements.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (3 or 4 year), or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 10 years of experience as a Managing Director, Chief Information Security Officer, Executive Director, Security Manager or related position involving cyber security and risk management. 10 years of experience must include: Cyber security; Risk Management; Identity & Access Management; Cryptography; Computer Network Defense. 3 years of experience must include: Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain technologies; Reporting to senior executives on information security; Strategic Planning, Risk Analytics & Modeling; Systems Life Cycle, Agile Development, Scaled Agile Development, Third Party Security and Risk Management.
