About the role:

Codulate is looking to hire someone with extensive experience in Sales Consulting. Goal of the cooperation would be to help software outsourcing consulting companies ramp up their sales and business development.

Many companies in the industry have valuable technical talents but lack departaments and skills to organize effective business development.

This engagement will help these companies to set up their sales and business development operations oriented towards the US market and be able to generate a sustainable flow of deals from their target markets.

• 
  Audit current sales and business development operations.
• Provide a report about what needs to be done in terms of marketing/sales to generate more leads.
• Help companies to write their sales and business development strategies, sales and marketing plans. With proper Ideal Customer Profile, Value proposition and brand positioning. Review strategies and provide feedback.
• Setup necessary tools and platforms for sales development representatives.
• Give feedback and show examples of right tactical moves to generate a higher response rate from campaigns
• Run initial 2-3 campaigns with real outcomes.
  Potential candidate needs to have hands on deal closure experience also be very familiare with cultural aspects of doing business in potential countries (US and or Western Europe)
