IT@JH Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking an IT Project Manager who will be mainly responsible for coordinating IT infrastructure teams and onboarding new ambulatory practices. The responsibility requires diplomacy, flexibility, and an ability to multitask.Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Communicates effectively with health system leaders, technical staff, and IT management.
The position operates with a large degree of independence with respect to daily activities.
Recognizes when to escalate issues to keep efforts on task according to tight deadlines.
Specific Devices, Software, Projects
The project manager needs a background in telecom, networking, desktop management and IT systems.
Interfaces with vendors for floor plans.
Responsible for building forms in Qualtrics.
Microsoft Teams is used for project coordination and status reporting.

Remote, may have to travel to locations in the Baltimore and DC area.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Five years of IT experience, with some project management experience.
Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
