About Job

IT Infrastructure Engineer provides support services such as data protection (backup and systems security), Active Directory, Group Policy management, DHCP, DNS, file and print services, and other server/network application services.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for the candidate to be part of the Foxconn’s EV journey and grow with it.

Job Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining and escalation support of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Web, storage servers and Application licenses
• User Administration - Setup user and computer accounts in designated OUs in Active Directory, assign appropriate access levels to various resources
• Project management
• Ensure effectiveness and security of systems and applications
• Maintain and improve a strong disaster recovery plan with appropriate redundancy and backup systems
• Maintain accurate and current records for hardware inventory, software licensing, and network configuration
• Manage IT and third-party software application support
• Prepare and maintain procedural manuals and documentation for internal use
• Provide excellent, friendly customer support

Education and Ideal Experience

• Associate Degree/Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma/equivalent plus 7+ years of relevant processional experience

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• The factory has both office area and shop floor area. The noise level in the office area is generally quiet. Wearing of personal protective equipment’s (PPE) when visiting the shop floor is required.
