As an IT Help Desk Professional, you'll have the opportunity to work in our state-of-the-art network operations center with a team of IT technicians. We offer training, advancement opportunities, a great team and company culture, and a competitive salary based on experience, $50-65k.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient technical support to end-users, resolving various IT issues.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by resolving service problems and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Establish solid relationships with all departments and colleagues.
  • Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and other IT systems to minimize downtime and disruptions for our customers.
  • Complete documentation and time tracking to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical issues.


Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills to build long term customer relationships.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent education.
  • Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of various IT environments.
  • Harnessing the aptitude to learn in a fast-paced environment.
