Job Summary: Reporting to the ID Manager, the IT Coordinator uses their knowledge of computer network and software components. They must also be able to multitask and make recommendations about where improvements might be made. IT helps ensure that the company is functioning in all areas.
· Install and maintain main servers, hardware and software components
· Install and maintain personal computers for company employees
· Install and maintain network routers, hubs, switches, cable, etc.
· Research, maintain/investigate costing, and install new computer equipment
· Improve computer systems and employee knowledge of current systems
· Security for organization
o Fingerprint-MRO
o Badges
o ADT
· Phone System Maintenance (add, delete, install)
· Participates in team activities as required.
· All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
· Associates of Science in computer field or;
· A minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience in computer support and/or installation.
· Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
· Customer focus – need to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Work Environment:
· Primarily will work in an office environment.
· Required to work on the manufacturing floor exposed to moving mechanical parts, occasionally exposed to wet conditions and vibrations.
· The noise level in the environment is loud and PPE is required.
Physical Requirements:
· Able to sit, stand and walk around for long periods at a time.
· The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 30 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Primarily day shift, however the position oversees all three shifts and might be required to work as needed to ensure customer demand is met.
Travel: Occasional travel to and from supplier, customer, or other Mobex Global locations, as required.
