Blackhawk Bank & Trust, a locally owned financial institution with 18 Quad City area locations is accepting applications for a full-time IT Assistant position. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, etc.
- Provide desktop and software support to employees
- Communicate clearly with employees via phone, email, helpdesk, and remote desktop support
- Assist with the management of phone and voicemail systems
- Coordinate with various vendors to fix issues/improve systems
- Assist with implementation of projects
- Prepare training/reference materials
- Complete various administrative tasks
- Monitor various network logs and report issues
Position Requirements:
- A degree in computers and prior IT experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees on IT related situations
