Blackhawk Bank & Trust, a locally owned financial institution with 18 Quad City area locations is accepting applications for a full-time IT Assistant position. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, etc.
• Provide desktop and software support to employees
• Communicate clearly with employees via phone, email, helpdesk, and remote desktop support
• Assist with the management of phone and voicemail systems
• Coordinate with various vendors to fix issues/improve systems
• Assist with implementation of projects
• Prepare training/reference materials
• Complete various administrative tasks
• Monitor various network logs and report issues

Position Requirements:

• A degree in computers and prior IT experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees on IT related situations
