Job Description and Profile:
Under the general direction of the Inventory Planning Manager, the Inventory Coordinator leads and
maintains overall inventory control and processes. This role focuses on managing staff resources,
development of e-commerce, distribution solutions, and company philosophies in order to meet
company expectations. The Inventory Coordinator will perform both technical and leadership work on a
daily basis. This position is responsible for all Support Center inventory and inventory functions
including, quality control, accurate inventory counts, and production stocking in the warehouse. The
Inventory Coordinator is responsible to ensure staff is properly trained and ensure proper staffing levels
as workflow dictates. They will also monitor job flow by position and ensure the productivity goals are
maintained as well as identifying areas for coaching opportunities to improve overall service to our
customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains steady workflow to coincide with delivery time commitments to stores.
- Supports system updates and inventory system to support new and existing merchandise.
- Works closely with the merchandise team to create and update product skus.
- Responsible to create the master data sheet for all skus including new products and designer launches
- Inventory Order fulfillment, Receiving, and Ordering through proprietary computer systems as needed.
- Diagnoses reasons for any jobs not meeting customer expectations.
- Performs root cause analysis to determine breaks in process, workflow or productivity and recommends corrective action to Supply Chain Director and Supply Chain Manager.
- Liaison to stores, customer service and DC’s to drive job productivity and process efficiencies
- Inventory Order fulfillment, Receiving, and Ordering through proprietary computer system as needed.
- Ability to crosstrain in other areas of the Support Lab and Frame Room as needed to complete tasks and support the overall business.
- Responsible to create the master data sheet for all skus including new products and designer launches
- Forecast inventory level at DCs and identify sales opportunities with current inventory.
- Uses internal systems to manage stock levels and delivery times including replenishment, warranties, requests, support CDC Production.
- Updates inventory in real time as soon as they are received in CDC and allocate them in the best business flow efficiency location by brand.
- Allocates and manages staff resources according to changing needs by identifying and supporting development of e-commerce and other distribution solutions.
- Manages inbound shipments of product including but not limited to quality control, accurate inventory counts, and stocking of product in warehouse.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent service skills both internally and externally
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing quick turnaround timelines
- Proven work experience in a warehouse environment
- Proficiency in inventory systems
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and analyze data
- Ability to assess and solve complex problems
- Identifies process gaps and recommends effective solutions
- Ability to follow through on current and future projects
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, etc.
- Minimum 3 years work related experience working with inventory and analyzing data and productivity
