Position :- Inventory Control Supervisor

General Description

Interroll is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to work at its Hiram Ga facility. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to lead a team to accomplish Company goals in Receiving, stowing, Warehousing, and Kitting disciplines. Must have experience of working in a Manufacturing fast-paced environment & capability to work in cross-functional teams to achieve productivity goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervision & Performance of the Inventory team’s daily activities.
• Development of individual team members to achieve the Company Strategy Requirements.
• Responsible for the Receiving function involving Stock Transfer Orders Receipts from our adjacent Interroll Manufacturing Facility as well as PO Receipts for externally sourced components.
• Stowage, storage requirements, and tracking in our component Storage Locations including transfer of goods to Storage Bin/Production.
• Responsible for the picking and staging of Assembly Production Orders to meet the Production Schedule.
• Ensures all Company Regulations including Interroll Safety Rules and OSHA are strictly enforced to include training, PPE, Forklift Operation for Reach, Cherry Pickers, and Standard FLT operation.
• Investigate and correct Inventory discrepancies via ERP interrogation.
• Supply of data for Departmental KPIs.
• Coordination with associated departments of Cycle Counting, Purchasing Production Control & Production
• Running an early morning team Operations Meeting and Idea Generation meetings
• Develop and maintain Warehouse standards of 5S, Product Accessibility, Pallet, and Tote Storage.

5 Years Supervision Experience in a similar position within a Manufacturing Environment required

SAP Inventory Control Experience required

Basic Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite required.

While performing the functions of this position the employee is regularly required to stand for an extended amount of time, walk and reach with hands and arms. Able to lift and move up to 50 Lbs.
