In this position, we are looking for someone who has experience in selling Powersports in an e-commerce setting, or be very familiar with the industry. Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ year experience in a BDC/high volume call center environment
• Experience logging customers in a CRM, such as Eleads
• Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on patience, persistence, and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up with all web and phone leads in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
• Stay current with incoming inventory and be able to operate software to locate vehicles quickly and effectively
• Correctly log names and numbers of customers encountered at the store on a daily basis
• Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication with exceptional email/writing skills
