A 3rd party software company is seeking an Interim Accounting Manager for to help their team! The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS, revenue recognition, and public accounting. This is a contract position for 2-4 months and is onsite downtown 3-4 days/week.

- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedure
- Manage the monthly close process, including revenue recognition
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting regulations
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts
- Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvements
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- Experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
