Position Summary: The Integrated Media Specialist is responsible for assisting the media team in organization, tracking and executing multiple projects for a diverse group of clients. Organization is key to this position. Assisting the media team in onboarding new clients and organizing projects for existing clients across the agency. Working with account teams and creative and production teams to track progress and deadlines for the media team. Assisting in strategy development, execution, ongoing management and continuity of multiple Integrated media campaigns – this includes media channels of digital (social, influencer, programmatic, search), broadcast, print, and OOH (which includes experiential) meeting our clients’ business and brand goals. They are proactive and self-motivated, highly curious, and collaborative.

The Integrated Media Specialist will assist in building ad campaigns to drive potential clients' awareness and keep existing customers engaged. Responsible for creating and optimizing paid media channels to support the digital department in their growth goals. Their role is important as it is an integral part of the development and management of having an effective digital strategy as well as effective media buying.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist the Media Director in organizing, tracking and prioritizing all media projects across the agency and with agency partners with the help of tools such as Smartsheet and Monday.com

· Work with Media Director with the goal of planning and recommending complete integrated multi-channel media plans that are most efficient and effective to meet client’s goals within budget parameters

· Perform online research of clients’ websites and other Web properties to fully understand online goals and objectives of marketing efforts

· Learn existing media research tools

· Onboarding to media buying software system and project management tools

· Assisting in execution, ordering, negotiation and ultimately billing and reconciliation of media campaigns

· Assist in asset trafficking for Mendoza clients and interact with appropriate web team to ensure successful tracking

· Keep up-to-date with client audience preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns through innovation, trends and constant monitoring of results

· Assist and ultimately run client’s paid social media campaigns

· Proactively identify clients’ needs and respond to questions as related to campaign metrics

· Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities

· Assist Media Director with suggested best practices in communications to client’s and team members

· Assist Mendoza team members and Media Director in creating engaging presentations and pitches to new and existing clients

· Ability to collaborate with all Mendoza team members to manage client’s expectations for all media needs

Requirements of the Position:

  • Highly organized, ability to track projects across multiple accounts
  • Must have ad agency or digital agency experience
  • Proven work experience with account and creative teams
  • Proven work experience with strategy development and execution of integrated media campaigns
  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time
  • Strong critical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook/Express, with the ability to learn new computer systems
  • Ability and openness to learning new software programs related to media management including but not exclusive to Freewheel/Strat, Monday.com and Smartsheet
  • Knowledge of and experience in social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, LinkedIn and Pinterest is preferred
  • Healthcare experience a plus
