About the Role – Integrated Marketing Lead
Moomoo is an award-winning, all-in-one stock trading app that brings professional level data and tools to the hands of proactive retail traders who demand better trading tech than the incumbents. Moomoo's mission is to transform retail investing experience with technology innovations.
To further this mission in the US market, we’re looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Lead to join our growing marketing team at Moomoo Technologies Inc.
As the integrated marketing lead, you will be responsible for making sure all integrated and product marketing programs are developed and carried out efficiently. This is a senior manager position that reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will lead a team of integrated and product marketing managers. You will be responsible for higher level projects focused on planning and mapping out the product marketing activities to support cross-functional marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating both strategically and tactically, switching between the two effortlessly. You will have a passion for technology and simplifying complex topics into an accessible form across multiple mediums. You will have a track record of successfully creating integrated marketing plan and product marketing campaigns to help a growing business establish product superiority and integrity in a crowded marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Develop moomoo U.S. product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding.
- Manage a team of product marketing managers and integrated marketing managers.
- Conduct extensive A/B testing and experimentation in cross-channel marketing campaigns to help drive feature engagement and key retention metrics.
- Work closely with engagement and brand & content teams to provide them with the user insights, positioning, and messaging they need to succeed.
- Partner with Marketing leadership to help deliver on the product marketing roadmap and strategy.
- Work with sales to ensure that they are consistently trained on our product line, competitive positioning, and key use cases.
- You will be responsible for bringing to life the value of our products through real-world examples, value-based messaging, and on-point supporting materials.
- Support moomoo on having crisp and memorable, emotive positioning across all channels. website, content, and events
- Product and engineering are constantly releasing new products, which we need to celebrate with internal audiences through enablement as well as externally through online and press channels.
- Creatively evangelize through videos, blogs, white papers, presentations, webinars, web content, and other channels
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Financial Services, FinTech, or Healthcare integrated or product marketing strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Deep understanding of investing technology and simplifying it for a wide audience
- Previous experience with fitting company products into a cross platform marketing strategy
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience managing both full-time employees and contractors.

Base Salary Range
$160,000 to $180,000 Annually
